Multiple accounts

Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts and scale outreach without overloading any of them

Connect your team’s or your clients’ LinkedIn accounts to one workspace, organise them in groups, give each its own limits, warm-up and working hours, and run one campaign that rotates leads across the healthy ones, while every reply lands in one inbox.

Overview

More volume comes from more accounts, not more pressure on one

Every LinkedIn account can safely send about 25 invitations a day. The only safe way to reach more people is to spread the work across more accounts: your SDRs, your founders, your clients’ profiles. Doing that by hand means splitting lead lists, duplicating campaigns and hoping two reps don’t contact the same prospect.

ReachPods manages multiple LinkedIn accounts in one workspace. Each account has its own daily and weekly limits, warm-up, working hours and timezone. Name groups like “Sales team” or “Client · Acme” to keep them organised and to pick a whole group as a campaign’s senders.

One campaign then rotates new leads across the selected accounts, preferring an account that’s already connected to the lead, then accounts inside their working hours, then the ones with the most budget left. Each lead keeps one sender for the whole conversation, and a paused or disconnected account is simply skipped.

Account groups

Organise LinkedIn accounts in groups and assign them to campaigns

Give accounts a group name and they’re listed together everywhere: in the accounts page, in the inbox filters and in campaign sender settings. Select a whole group as a campaign’s LinkedIn senders in one click, then give individual accounts a weight to control their share.

Agencies typically use one group per client; sales teams use one per pod or region.

Rotation

Rotate leads across LinkedIn accounts by budget and weight

When a new lead needs its first LinkedIn action, the rotation looks for the best sender: an account already connected to the lead, then accounts inside their working hours, then a weighted round-robin across accounts with budget left and no pacing wait.

If a sender is pacing, the lead books a slot in its queue and waits its turn, instead of every lead hammering the same account at once.

  • Connected senders preferred
  • Working hours respected
  • Weighted by remaining budget
  • Fair queueing on busy senders

Sticky senders

One lead, one LinkedIn account, one conversation

Once a lead has a LinkedIn sender, every later step uses the same account: the invitation, the message after acceptance and every follow-up. Connection state is stored per lead and per sender, so even if two of your accounts know a prospect, messages go through the one that’s connected.

  • Same account for every step
  • Per-sender connection state
  • No “who is this?” replies

Account health

Per-account health, automatic pauses and safe recovery

Each account has a health history: warnings, pauses and recoveries. When LinkedIn pushes back, that account pauses itself (24 hours, then 72 hours with halved limits, then until a restriction-lifted check passes) while the others keep working. Pause or resume any account manually at any time.

If an account is disconnected, its leads are parked, not failed, and wake up gradually after you reconnect. If it stays down past the grace period, leads on other channels are reassigned and LinkedIn leads already invited from it are stopped rather than invited twice.

  • Health history per account
  • Escalating automatic pauses
  • Parked leads on disconnect
  • No double invitations on reassignment

Circuit breaker

  • Paused Sam’s LinkedIn for 24 h

    LinkedIn showed a weekly-limit warning

  • Resumes Wed 09:00 at 50% volume

Escalates to 72 h if it happens again

  • Other senders unaffected

Campaign keeps running on Alex and Maya

Who it’s for

Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts: who it’s for

SDR teams

Run one campaign across five reps’ LinkedIn accounts instead of five copies of the same campaign.

Lead generation agencies

Keep each client’s accounts in its own group, with its own limits, campaigns and inbox filter.

Founders with a team

Combine the founder’s profile with a couple of SDRs and let rotation handle the split.

FAQ

Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts: questions and answers

Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.

How many LinkedIn accounts can I manage?

As many as you need. Each connected account, on any channel, is $39 a month. See pricing.

Can two of my accounts contact the same lead?

Not in the same campaign on the same channel. Each lead sticks to one LinkedIn sender, and the blacklist and deduplication prevent overlaps.

What happens if one account gets restricted?

Only that account pauses. The rotation skips it and the others keep working; its parked leads resume when it recovers.

Do accounts in different timezones work together?

Yes. Each account has its own timezone and working hours, and its daily budget resets at its own local midnight.

Do my teammates need to share their LinkedIn passwords?

No. Each person connects their own account through a secure hosted sign-in.
