Mailboxes
Gmail and Outlook cold email automation, plus any IMAP mailbox

Overview
Real mailboxes, real senders
Cold email that comes from a real person’s mailbox, with a real sending history and real replies, behaves very differently from mail blasted through a shared marketing server. It looks personal because it is.
ReachPods sends from your own mailboxes. Gmail and Outlook connect through their native sign-in; any other provider (Zoho, Fastmail, a self-hosted server…) connects over IMAP/SMTP. Every connection goes through a secure hosted sign-in, so ReachPods never asks for your password in its own forms, and each mailbox shows a live status.
Once connected, a mailbox is a sender like any other: it has limits, warm-up, working hours and a timezone, it can be part of an inbox rotation pool, and its replies sync into the unified inbox.
Connect
Connect Gmail, Outlook or IMAP through a secure hosted sign-in
Pick the provider, sign in on the provider’s own page, and the mailbox appears in your accounts list with a live status. If a token expires or a password changes, the status shows it and a one-click reconnect fixes it.
Teammates connect their own mailboxes the same way, so nobody shares credentials.

Mailbox settings
Daily limits, warm-up, working hours and timezone per mailbox
Each mailbox defaults to 50 emails per day, adjustable. Turn on warm-up for new or idle mailboxes: they start at 5 a day and add 3 per day until they reach their limit.
Set working hours and a timezone, and the mailbox only sends inside them, with a random 60 to 240 seconds between emails. Budgets reset at the mailbox’s local midnight.
