SMS, iMessage & phones
SMS and iMessage outreach automation from your own phone
Pair an Android phone with the desktop app on Windows, macOS or Linux, and texts become campaign steps like any other. Add a Mac for iMessage. Messages go out from your real number, replies sync back and stop the sequence, and the same phones can run Instagram, LinkedIn or X steps in their official apps.

Overview
A text from a real person’s number, at a decent hour
A text from a normal mobile number reads like a message from a person, because it is one. The companion app turns an Android phone into the sender: the desktop app finds it on your Wi-Fi, pairs over an encrypted connection pinned to that phone, and hands it SMS steps from your campaigns. iMessage is the one part that needs a Mac, because only Apple’s Messages app can send it. A small relay app on any Mac on your network sends through Messages, and the desktop app pairs with it from Windows, macOS or Linux, the same way it pairs with a phone.
Texts behave like every other step. They use your variables, spintax, A/B variants and AI, they wait for texting hours in the lead’s own time zone, and every send carries a reference the phone remembers, so a step retried after a crash never texts anyone twice.
SMS & iMessage steps
Text steps in the same flow as LinkedIn and Instagram
Add an SMS or iMessage step anywhere in a campaign. Numbers are normalised to international format, and the step goes to a paired phone or Mac that can send on that service. Pictures and files go out as MMS from Android, and a Mac can text iMessage groups or an Apple ID email address.
If an iMessage comes back Not Delivered, the relay falls back to SMS on its own. Every send is confirmed by the phone, so the campaign knows the difference between queued, sent and failed.
- SMS from Android phones
- iMessage from a Mac
- MMS pictures and files
- iMessage → SMS fallback
- Never sends twice on a retry
- Variables, spintax, A/B and AI

Hey Maya, saw Northwind is hiring SDRs. Worth a quick call this week?Replies & compliance
Replies stop the flow, STOP stops everything
Paired phones and Macs sync texts back to the desktop app, where they land in one inbox next to every other channel. A reply matches its lead and stops the sequence; you answer from the inbox and the reply goes out from the same number.
A reply of STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL or QUIT adds the number to a suppression list that applies to every campaign. Texting hours default to 9am–8pm in the lead’s own time zone, worked out from their timezone or state field, or from the phone number’s country. Where a country has several zones, a text only goes out when it’s inside the hours in all of them.
- Two-way sync to one inbox
- Reply from the same number
- STOP opt-outs across campaigns
- Texting hours per lead time zone
- Replies read from notifications
- Sign-in codes read automatically

Real Android phones
Run app steps from real phones, and watch them live
Campaigns can also run from real Android phones, in the official Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Reddit apps, with one of your own accounts per app. A phone is just another sender next to your browser profiles: same daily limits, sticky senders, pauses and outcome tracking.
Input is human: curved swipes with uneven speed, taps at a random spot inside the button, typing a character at a time with the odd corrected typo. New phones follow a 7–14 day warm-up that scrolls the feed and ramps limits from a fifth to full. A live view shows the phone’s screen in the app, and you can tap, swipe and type on it from your desk.

What’s included
What the phone and Mac apps do
Pair in seconds
The desktop finds phones and Macs on your Wi-Fi and pairs with a six-digit code. Phones can also connect over USB.
Encrypted on your network
Over Wi-Fi the connection is HTTPS, pinned to the device’s own certificate, and never goes through our servers.
Set up from the desktop
Install the companion app and switch on its access over USB, without digging through phone settings.
Always on
A foreground service keeps the phone reachable after reboots, updates and network changes.
Codes, handled
One-time codes from texts and notifications are listed, or typed into a sign-in checkpoint for you.
Opens at login
The Mac relay starts with the Mac and keeps iMessage ready, on Apple silicon and Intel.
How it works
SMS and iMessage outreach automation: how it works in four steps
- 1
Install the app
Put the companion app on an Android phone, or the relay on a Mac signed in to Messages.
- 2
Pair it
The desktop app finds it on your Wi-Fi; confirm the six-digit code.
- 3
Add text steps
Drop SMS or iMessage steps into any campaign, with texting hours on by default.
- 4
Talk to replies
Replies sync to the inbox and stop the flow. STOP suppresses the number everywhere.
Who it’s for
SMS and iMessage outreach automation: who it’s for
Local and field sales
Follow up a LinkedIn connection with a text from your own mobile number, where people actually read it.
Recruiters
Text candidates a quick note after a LinkedIn message, and answer from the same inbox when they reply.
Creators and agencies
Run Instagram and X steps from real phones in the official apps, with warm-up and conservative limits.
FAQ
SMS and iMessage outreach automation: questions and answers
Something else on your mind? Get started and try it on your own accounts.
Does SMS go through a gateway like Twilio?
No. Texts go out from the SIM in your own Android phone, or through Messages on your Mac, so leads see your real number.
Do I need a Mac?
Only for iMessage. The desktop app runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, and SMS and phone automation work on all three with an Android phone. iMessage needs a Mac signed in to Messages, which can sit anywhere on your network and pair with a Windows or Linux desktop.
Can I send iMessage from an iPhone directly?
No. iOS doesn’t let apps send or read messages. iMessage goes through a Mac signed in to the same Apple ID, which can also send SMS through your iPhone.
Is the companion app on Google Play?
No. Play only allows SMS access for default SMS apps, so the desktop app installs the companion on your phone over USB.
How are opt-outs handled?
A reply of STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT or similar suppresses that number for every campaign. You’re still responsible for having consent to text the people you contact.
Do the phone and the computer need to be on the same Wi-Fi?
Yes, or connected by USB. The connection stays on your local network, and over Wi-Fi it’s encrypted and pinned to that device.
